Payment, Credit & Financial Policy

At Cor. Chiropractic, we believe your care experience should feel clear, considered, and uncomplicated from your first visit onwards.

Our approach is centred on transparency, respect, and supporting long-term wellbeing. This policy explains how payments, account credits, and financial arrangements are managed so you can focus on what matters most... your health.

Payment Options

We offer flexible payment options to suit different stages of care.

Pay Per Visit

  • Payment is made at the time of each appointment.
  • Accepted payment methods include: EFTPOS, credit/debit card, or cash.

Installment Plans

  • For longer care plans, we offer flexible instalment options that allow you to spread the cost of care into smaller, regular payments.
  • Payments can be made by direct debit or in clinic.

Account Credit

  • Many members choose to prepay for care or maintain a positive account balance.
  • This provides a simple, convenient way to continue care without needing to process payment at every visit.

Account Credits

  • Use of Credits: Credits can only be redeemed for chiropractic-related services at Cor Chiro. They cannot be used for retail items, products, or supplements.
  • Family Use: Credits may be shared or transferred within the same immediate family but cannot be transferred to unrelated individuals.
  • Keeping a Balance: Many clients prefer to hold a positive balance for future visits, we respect this choice and will honour your credits to support your best health outcomes.

Inactive or Neglected Credits

  • If your account has been inactive for 36 months (no visits or use of credits), your balance will be considered “inactive.”
  • Before writing off inactive balances, we will make reasonable attempts to contact you using the details you’ve provided.
  • If contact cannot be made, the credit will be removed from your account in line with NSW and Australian law.

Outstanding Accounts Owing

  • Payment for services is due at the time of appointment unless you are on an installment or bulk credit plan.
  • If your account falls into arrears, we will contact you to arrange settlement.
  • Any account that remains unpaid after reasonable follow-up may be referred to a debt collection service.
  • Additional costs incurred through debt recovery may be passed on to the account holder.

Refunds

  • If services cannot be delivered as agreed, you are entitled to a credit or refund under Australian Consumer Law.
  • Otherwise, credits are not refundable for cash.
  • If you choose to close your account, any valid remaining balance will be applied to chiropractic services or refunded as legally required.
